Under the terms of the Agreement, the undersigned party, Laura Wilburn and Melissa Wilburn, DBA Pathfinder Goldens or an agent appointed by same; and   

___________________________________________________________________________owner(s) of  the bitch, agree as follows: That a stud service will be provided to

 ________________________________________ AKC/CKCregistrationnumber:__________________,

 by Captain Jack of Hearts CGC,CD,CCA,RAE (pointed, BOB) at bitch’s next season.

 That the service will be accomplished on day one, again on day three and if possible on day five of standing heat, the purpose being to have three consecutive breedings 36 hours apart.

 That the owner(s) of the bitch will be responsible for transportation of said bitch in good health, free of external and internal parasites, to and from Pathfinder Goldens or the most convenient airport (usually Manchester, NH) and agree(s) to deliver her in sufficient time to adjust to her new surroundings prior to service. 

 That the owners(s) of the bitch are responsible for any and all necessary veterinary fees related to the bitch’s breeding, care and maintenance while in the possession of Pathfinder Goldens.  Further, the owner(s) of the bitch agree to have Pathfinder Goldens’ veterinarian perform progesterone/LH testing, vaginal smear analysis and artificial insemination (if required) as determined necessary by said veterinarian to ensure a higher probability of pregnancy occurring.

That in the case where Jackson is with a professional handler, the owners(s) of the bitch will be responsible for transportation of said bitch in good health, free of external and internal parasites, to and from the handler’s kennel or the most convenient airport, any and all necessary veterinary fees related to the bitch’s breeding care and maintenance, any fees imposed by Jackson’s handler for supervising and assisting the breeding and to deliver her in sufficient time to adjust to her new surroundings prior to service.

 That the owners(s) of the bitch will provide to stud dog owner a copy of current immunization record showing vaccination or titers against Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus, Adenovirus and Bordetella, and report of vaginal culture and sensitivity completed within 2 days of bitch’s season.

 That the owners of the stud dog and the bitch will provide to each other before the first breeding for permanent possession, an 8x10 color photograph; a four or five generation pedigree; a copy of the AKC/CKC registration; a copy of the OFA/OVC/PennHip clearance; a current eye clearance, a current elbow clearance, a report from AVCO Diplomates (board certified veterinary ophthalmologist) or CERF certificate; copy of report from ACVIM Diplomates (board certified veterinary cardiologist/specialist) showing dog to be completely free of any symptom of heart disease, specifically Subvalvular Aortic Stenosis and proof of negative brucellosis test current within 30 days.

 That the previously agreed stud service fee will be either:

            a. $750.00, U S funds and/or

b. Pick puppy (stud dog owner’s choice) from resultant litter.

 That the stud fee is payable IN FULL prior to service unless other arrangements have been made.  Veterinary bills incurred by Pathfinder Goldens on behalf of bitch owner must be paid prior to providing the owners of the bitch a signed American Kennel Club/Canadian Kennel Club litter application.

That the stud fee includes 7 days boarding at Pathfinder Goldens.  Additional boarding is charged at the rate of $15.00 per day. 

 That should a refund of the stud fee be due the owner(s) of the bitch, a $150.00 administrative fee will be retained by Pathfinder Goldens to pay such expenses as transportation and stud management protocols directly related to this breeding.

That should no litter result; the owner(s) of the bitch shall have the option of a second mating on the bitch’s following season.

That a repeat stud service will be provided if:

         a. No pregnancy occurs, or

            b. There are three or less puppies at four days of age, or

 That should no litter result from either of the two services, or should owner(s) of the bitch choose not to return for a second service, this contract is terminated.  No refunds will be made.

 That should all fees not be paid to Pathfinder Goldens, signed AKC/CKC litter registration papers will not be provided to owner(s) of the bitch.

That the owner(s) of the bitch are responsible for providing to Pathfinder Goldens the names and addresses of all puppy buyers, designating each puppy by AKC/CKC registered name as either show or pet and notifying Pathfinder Goldens if any puppy develops Canine Hip Dysplasia, Cataracts, Subvalvular Aortic Stenosis, epilepsy or seizures. 

That the owner(s) of the bitch are responsible for ensuring all puppies sold as pet/companion animals are registered with the AKC on LIMITED REGISTRATIONS and are to be neutered before reaching sexual maturity.
